to hit 100 pieces

Your clinical authority videos are the top performers — the four with 700+ views are all clinic-set, you on camera. That format is working. Nothing about the content strategy needs to change. The only question is volume.

How one video becomes many — the core idea

This is the most important thing to understand. A "piece of content" has two parts that are completely independent:

Visual The footage — what's on screen + Voiceover — the words on top = 1 post
Same visual Same footage + Different script (Variant 2) = New post
Cross-post Same post on TikTok + Same post on Instagram = Potentially 2 pieces

So: one filmed clip × 3 voiceover variants × 2 platforms = up to 6 pieces. You filmed the "expensive urine" clip once in your white coat. That footage can carry three entirely different scripts. You never need to be on set again for that topic.

Recording a voiceover means audio only — you're not on camera. You're just speaking a script into your phone. Ade lays the audio over the existing footage in editing. It takes you 3 minutes per script.

The piece count — every scenario

We have 62 visual assets already filmed: 11 posted + 9 captioned masters in iMessage + 42 clips in the IM8 iPhone album. I'm waiting on Sam Kwok's reply to confirm the counting rules. Here's what each answer means:

372+
Best case — voiceover variants count + cross-posting counts

62 visual assets × 3 voiceover scripts each × 2 platforms. We passed 100 before we started this campaign. Every additional voiceover you record is money in the buffer.

186
Likely case — voiceover variants count, cross-posting doesn't

The IM8 playbook explicitly mentions "18 scripts × 3 hook variations = 54 video variations" — this implies variants count. 62 × 3 = 186 unique pieces. We are well over 100 from existing footage alone.

124
Middle case — cross-posting counts, variants don't

62 visual assets × 2 platforms = 124. Still over 100 from existing footage. Every video cross-posted to both TikTok and Instagram counts twice.

62 → need 38 more
Absolute worst case — only unique original visuals count

If only raw unique filming sessions count with no variants and no cross-posting, we have 62 unique posts from existing footage and need 38 more original clips. Achievable with 3–4 new clips per day over the next 11 days — or faster if you film a batch session.

The bottom line: In three of the four scenarios we are already over 100 from footage that exists right now. In the fourth, we need 38 more clips — which voiceover recordings and new filming will cover. We are not in danger of missing this.

Voiceovers — the highest-leverage thing you can do

Recording a voiceover takes 3 minutes. It doesn't require filming. You can do it between patients, in the car, or at home. One voiceover recording = one new post without a single second of new filming.

Where to record: Use Voice Memos — the built-in Apple app on your iPhone. No account needed, no third-party service, audio stays in iCloud only. It's the safest option. Do not use Instagram, TikTok, or any social platform's built-in recorder — those compress the audio and may upload it automatically.

Step-by-step: recording and sending a voiceover
  1. 1
Open Voice Memos It's pre-installed. Search "Voice Memos" if you can't find it. Tap the large red circle to start recording.
  2. 2
Read the script Speak naturally. If you stumble, pause and continue — don't start again from the top. Ade edits out the gaps. Tap the square to stop.
  3. 3
Rename it immediately Tap on the recording name (it'll say "New Recording") and rename using this format: IM8-[topic]-V[number]. See examples below.
  4. 4
Send to Ade via iMessage Tap the recording → tap the three dots (⋯) → Share → Messages → Ade's number. Send as a message attachment. That's it — Ade handles everything from there.

Naming convention — this is important so Ade can match each audio to the right footage:

IM8-expensive-urine-V1First voiceover for the white-coat drink video
IM8-expensive-urine-V2Second different script for the same footage
IM8-vitamin-d-V1Voiceover for the Vitamin D video
IM8-patient-question-V1New voiceover on existing clinic footage
IM8-new-scrubs-V1New clip you filmed today (scrubs, selfie camera)

Time → posts: what each action is worth

Every minute you invest compounds. Here's exactly what each action produces across the four scenarios:

ActionYour timePosts (likely)Posts (worst case)
1 voiceover recording3 mins2–6 posts1 post
3 voiceover recordings~15 mins6–18 posts3 posts
5 voiceover recordings~25 mins10–30 posts5 posts
1 new filmed clip (selfie)5 mins6 posts1–3 posts
3 new filmed clips~20 mins18 posts3–9 posts
4 new clips today~30 mins24 posts4–12 posts
Post 1 captioned master to TikTok + IG5 mins2 posts1 post
Post all 9 captioned masters~45 mins total18 posts9 posts

If you record 4 voiceovers and film 3 new clips today — that's under an hour — we add between 7 and 42 posts to the count depending on what Sam Kwok confirms. In the most likely scenario that's 30+ posts from one session. We would be done.

Your asset inventory — what's already filmed

All of this footage exists. It needs words recorded over it — not new filming. Each of these can carry 2–3 different voiceover scripts:

Scripts — read these into Voice Memos

These three are the highest-value new voiceovers to record. Each is written for existing footage. The "SET UP" note tells you which footage it goes on — or it can be recorded as a standalone if you film fresh.

The patient question I get most
Voice Memos only No filming needed Any quiet location
  • NOTEVoiceover for any existing clinic footage — Ade will match. Name the recording IM8-patient-question-V1. Speak naturally, pause between beats.
  • HOOK"A patient said something to me in clinic this week that I've been thinking about ever since."
  • BEAT 1"She said: 'I eat well, I sleep badly, I'm exhausted — what am I actually missing?' And she was right to ask that, because the honest answer for a lot of my perimenopause patients isn't just HRT."
  • BEAT 2"It's the nutrition gap underneath. The minerals that get depleted. The magnesium that supports sleep, the vitamin D that almost every British woman is deficient in by March, the compounds that the gut needs to absorb anything else properly."
  • BEAT 3"I've been taking IM8 for two weeks now — and I want to be careful about this because I'm a doctor, not an influencer — but my sleep quality has been noticeably different."
  • CLOSE"Code DOCTORIUM10 in my bio for 10% off. But do your own experiment. 30 days. See what you notice."
Voiceover file name: IM8-patient-question-V1 → iMessage to Ade
Avoid: Starting with "So…" or "Um…". Saying "I think" — you're stating clinical observations, not opinions.
Script 2 · 3 minutes to record
Three supplements I will never recommend
Voice Memos only No filming needed Calm authority tone
  • NOTEGoes over any existing clinic desk footage, or the "expensive urine" drink-making clip as an alternative framing. Name: IM8-three-supplements-V1
  • HOOK"Three supplement categories I will never recommend to my perimenopause patients. I'm a GP. I'm picky about this."
  • BEAT 1"One: anything with a proprietary blend. If a label hides its dose behind the word 'blend', that's because the dose is too low to matter — or they don't want you to know what you're actually getting."
  • BEAT 2"Two: mega-dose single-ingredient B vitamins. High-dose B6 causes peripheral neuropathy — nerve damage. I have seen this in patients. It's not theoretical."
  • BEAT 3"Three: anything making a 'hormone-balancing' claim without a mechanism. Hormones are not balanced by botanicals. That's a marketing word, not a medical one."
  • PIVOT"The reason I agreed to use IM8 in this challenge: every dose is published, referenced, and at clinical relevance. That's the minimum standard I would accept. That's it."
  • CLOSE"Code DOCTORIUM10 — link in bio."
Voiceover file name: IM8-three-supplements-V1 → iMessage to Ade
Avoid: Softening "will never" to "tend to avoid." The strength is the point. Don't add medical caveats — you're not in a consultation, you're making a TikTok.
Script 3 · 4 minutes to record
Day 14 — honest mid-point review
Voice Memos only Relaxed tone Longer format okay
  • NOTEThis is the most powerful one — the honest review from a doctor. Goes over any existing "at home" or relaxed footage. Or film fresh. Name: IM8-day14-review-V1
  • HOOK"Day 14 of IM8. Honest mid-point review — because I'm a GP and I don't do sponsored content the way everyone else does."
  • CHANGED"What's genuinely changed: I'm sleeping through more nights than I was. I'm waking up less between 3 and 5am. I don't know if it's the magnesium, the ashwagandha, or the placebo effect of doing something intentionally. And I'm fine saying that out loud — because any honest reviewer should."
  • NOT CHANGED"What hasn't changed: my afternoon energy. I still flag between 3 and 4pm. I expected more movement there. Maybe it needs longer. Maybe that's not what this is for. I'll update you at day 30."
  • GP TAKE"If a patient asked me whether to try it: I'd say yes — with realistic expectations. The ingredients have published mechanisms. Give them 30 days before you decide."
  • CLOSE"Code DOCTORIUM10 for 10% off. Link in bio. I'll see you at day 30 with the full picture."
Voiceover file name: IM8-day14-review-V1 → iMessage to Ade
Avoid: Over-claiming on sleep. "More nights" not "every night." Avoid "amazing" — you're not a wellness influencer. The GP restraint is the brand.

If you want to film today — what to say

These are self-contained — no voiceover needed afterwards. Film straight to camera, send to Ade via iMessage or AirDrop. You're at DoctoriumGP now and may be heading to the gym — both are excellent settings.

🏥 At DoctoriumGP — clinic desk, 5 minutes

White coat or scrubs, seated at the desk or standing by the treatment room door. Straight to camera, calm authority tone. Three strong topics right now:

Option A: "The thing I tell every perimenopause patient about nutrition before we even talk about HRT." — gut health, absorption, vitamin D deficiency. 90 seconds, clinical.

Option B: "Why I finally agreed to do a brand deal — and what I checked before I said yes." — transparency about your process, the dose-published requirement, why IM8 passed your filter.

Option C: Stand at the door and say: "Day [X] of IM8. Still going. Quick clinic update." — 30-second check-in format. Very low effort, high relatability.

🏋️ At the gym — 5–10 minutes, multiple clips

This is a genuinely strong setting — a GP who lifts gives huge credibility to the exercise-during-perimenopause angle. IM8 has direct relevance here: magnesium for muscle recovery, vitamin D for bone density, the clinical case for resistance training. Film any or all of these:

Before workout (30 seconds): Mix IM8 at the gym. No script needed — just: "Taking this before training. Here's why a GP does resistance work during perimenopause." Genuine, fast, high shareability.

Between sets or after (60 seconds): Front camera, light sweat is fine. "Women lose up to 10% of muscle mass per decade after 40. This is why I'm here. This is also why the nutrition underneath training matters — you can't outrun a deficient diet." End with code.

Gym floor B-roll + voiceover later: Just film yourself warming up, lifting, or on a machine — 15–20 seconds of footage, no sound. Send to Ade. He overlays one of the pre-written scripts. Zero effort from you beyond pressing record.

📱 Quick selfie — anywhere, 2 minutes

Front camera, scrubs or gym kit, any background. Say: "One question I got from a patient this week about perimenopause — and what I told her." Talk for 60–90 seconds about a real question from clinic. End with "Code DOCTORIUM10 in my bio." One master clip that generates 3 hook variant posts.

3–4 clips filmed today = 12–24 posts in the likely scenario. Each clip gets 3 voiceover variants, posted to both platforms. You film once, Ade extracts maximum pieces from it. Clinic + gym in the same day is ideal — two completely different visual settings, both credible.

What you don't need to do

Separate track — 50 raw footage submissions

Alongside the 100 public posts, the challenge includes submitting 50 raw footage clips directly to IM8 (not public). This is a separate track. We have 42 clips in the iPhone IM8 album already, plus the footage in iMessage. We're close to or at 50 on raw footage already — Ade will confirm once Sam Kwok clarifies the counting rules.
